All others see vendor application form for pricing. Vendors will be located at Coke Oven Park for Day 1 and Wilkeson Town Hall for Day 2

Thank you for wanting to be a part of the Wilkeson Days Parade! Entry into the parade is free for all participants. Official signups are done the day of event at the Caboose, starting at 9am. If you would like to get a head start on your form, you can download it here. You will still need to check in at the Caboose the morning of the parade for your spot in line.

The Wilkeson Booster Club recently became a 501(c)(3) fully tax-deductible! During that process we had to donate all funds, which depleted our savings for this years events. While we do have a good amount it won’t be enough to maintain all our necessary expenses to host annual events such as Wilkeson Days & Handcar Races, Harvest Festival and other Town events. We ask local businesses each year for sponsorship, in return we put your logo on all our advertising and social medias as well as offer items we sell like t-shirts and hoodies. This year we are also fundraising to get bathrooms built and lights installed at Bacon & Eggs Skatepark. As well our maintenance our bleachers at Coke Oven Park, they are in rough shape and we need to either purchase all new or fix/replace parts of them which can get really expensive!
